Prices are in Euro, per studio or apartment per night, for three (3) nights minimum stay. For shorter stays (1-2 nights), prices are set accordingly.

• Prices include 13% VAT and municipal tax 0.5%
• Baby cot (Baby Cot): Children up to 4 years, free in double room.
• To fully confirm your reservation you should prepay 25% of your total stay, with a minimum deposit amount, the cost of 1 overnight. The submission of the payment must be made within two (2) working days from the day you receive our bank account, otherwise the pre-booking is canceled without further notice and the room is released.
• Departure Time is not later than 12:00 midday and Arrival Time is after 14:00
• In case of cancellation more than 21 days before the arrival date, there will be no charge. Otherwise there will be a charge of 30% of the total stay.
